1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kingdom Bible Reading Club ("KBRC") at kbrc.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. About KBRC

KBRC is a Christian Bible reading and discipleship platform designed to help believers build consistent Bible reading habits through reading plans, quizzes, community groups, journaling, and gamification features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use KBRC
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts is not permitted
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use KBRC to:

• Post content that is hateful, abusive, harassing, or offensive
• Share content that is sexually explicit, violent, or inappropriate
• Spread false information or misleading content
• Spam other users with unsolicited messages
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

KBRC is a faith-based community. We expect all members to conduct themselves with the love, respect, and integrity that reflects the Kingdom of God.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reflections, group posts, journal entries, messages). By posting, you grant KBRC a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

6. Bible Content

Bible passages are provided through API.Bible and are subject to their respective copyright licences. KBRC does not claim ownership of any Bible translation content.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

KBRC administrators reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful behaviour, or disrupt the community — without prior notice. You may also delete your own account at any time from your Profile settings.

8. Gamification & XP

XP points, streaks, badges, and leaderboard rankings are virtual rewards with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. KBRC reserves the right to adjust, reset, or remove these at any time.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep KBRC available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss caused by service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer

KBRC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Bible content and devotional materials are for personal spiritual growth and should not replace pastoral or professional counsel.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of KBRC after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of major changes via the app or email.
